I've lived here many years now and love it. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive, the amenities are great, the view is gorgeous and the location in downtown Milwaukie is perfect. I would highly recommend!

My S.O. and I moved in 5 months ago and we both really enjoy the community. I would recommend getting a storage unit or reserved parking because it can be an issue (units are large enough for a midsized vehicle.) Management has been helpful with packages and other odds & ends.

Thanks to the friendly and very capable staff, Crystal Lake is one of the best apartment communities I’ve encountered. The well maintained buildings are surrounded with beautiful landscaping, including the small lake. The geese seem to like the grass just outside my patio for nurturing their chicks; it’s a joy to watch them grow. The location is ideal with three bus lines stopping in front. Downtown Milwaukie is a short walk away and hosts many great restaurants as well as our brand new library

Convenient location, Stable Management. I have lived here three years and appreciate the location, convenient to downtown, and the well-kept grounds. The pool has been an asset during hot summers. I appreciate the responsive and solid management of the apartments.
