My S.O. and I moved in 5 months ago and we both really enjoy the community. I would recommend getting a storage unit or reserved parking because it can be an issue (units are large enough for a midsized vehicle.) Management has been helpful with packages and other odds & ends.

Great place, great management and staff. I have lived here for over 2 years. I just signed a new lease and upgraded to a larger apartment. The manager was extremely helpful and made the process affordable and helped the move go smoothly.

Thanks to the friendly and very capable staff, Crystal Lake is one of the best apartment communities I’ve encountered. The well maintained buildings are surrounded with beautiful landscaping, including the small lake. The geese seem to like the grass just outside my patio for nurturing their chicks; it’s a joy to watch them grow. The location is ideal with three bus lines stopping in front. Downtown Milwaukie is a short walk away and hosts many great restaurants as well as our brand new library

Crystal Lake is close to downtown Milwaukie, near to groceries and stores, but isolated from the clutter of the city. Additionally, the people who live there are open and welcoming, and never once proved bothersome. The apartments themselves are sizeable, contain well maintained appliances, and are overall comfortable to live in. Finally, management is friendly, easy to work with, and personable. You deal with people, not a company.

When I moved from out of state, I had the hardest time reaching anyone at other communities. Until I called Crystal Lake. From the first moment I spoke to him (the property manager), he was incredibly helpful. The approval process was fast and efficient. Excellent customer service and a smooth move-in process. The maintenance team responded fast to service requests and the staff was always friendly. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and safe residential community, this place is perfect.
